Kojensi uses key attributes to manage the security access. One of those key attributes is the email address. If you accidentally create a User and incorrectly type the email address and save the new user profile OR, the User needs to change their email address for whatever reason, an email address is changed the following way.
- Log on as a Local Administrator to the Adminspace
- Suspend the user profile with the email address you no longer require. Please follow these instructions for details on suspending a user account. How Do I Suspend/Delete a User
- Next you will need to create a brand new user account for the User, ensuring you double check the email address before clicking on the Create New User button. How to Create a New User Account
